What you’ll own.

• Turn messy customer problems into clear experiences for agentic workflows, human and AI collaboration, and intelligence dashboards.
• Take core workflows from a rough concept to a polished, shipped product.
• Create brand, web, advertising and launch work that drives commercial outcomes.
• Build one design system spanning the product and every marketing surface.
• Define a motion language and an AI-enabled creative workflow that can scale.
• Work directly with founders, engineers, customers and specialists, owning the quality of what ships.

What you bring.

• A portfolio showing exceptional craft in complex or data-heavy software.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI systems, with a clear view of how people and agents should collaborate.
• Deep craft in at least one discipline, alongside strong product, brand and web judgment.
• The ability to use AI for range and speed without surrendering authorship or quality.

You are comfortable starting without a perfect brief. Your responsibility continues beyond the Figma handoff.
