About the Role
We are hiring a Product Designer to own product design end to end and raise the bar for craft across the experience. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside a fast-paced engineering team, bringing a pragmatic approach to how you design. This role suits a designer with strong product instincts and a natural inclination toward design engineering, comfortable getting into the technical details, prototyping with AI tools and Figma, and working with engineers so the shipped product reflects the original intent.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of features end to end, from problem definition through prototyping to shipped polish.
- Steer the overall product experience toward simplicity and clarity.
- Build and maintain the design system so quality scales as we grow.
- Prototype quickly using AI tools and Figma, and in code where it sharpens the result.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, and ground design decisions in their needs and pain points.
- Design data-dense, agentic interfaces such as streaming chat, approval flows, and analytics dashboards that stay clear under real-world data.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced at UI design and crafting high-quality product experiences, with strong interaction, visual, and information design craft and a portfolio of shipped work in data-rich or tool-oriented products.
- Demonstrated product thinking with a pragmatic approach grounded in customer needs.
- A clear inclination toward design engineering: prototyping with AI tools and Figma.
- A self-starter who works autonomously while staying in sync with the team, comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with performance marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in AI-driven front-end development, shipping production UI independently (React, TypeScript, modern CSS).
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or real-time/agentic interfaces.
- Experience establishing or owning a design system.
