We’re building Marketer.com to automate profitable growth. Software that understands a business, finds its buyers, helps create the ads, runs the campaigns, and learns from every result. We want great businesses to grow with far less work between an idea and the revenue it creates.

We’re a small team with a lot to prove. We build fast, push each other, and get a ridiculous amount of satisfaction from making something difficult work. There’s a particular feeling when something that seemed impossible a week ago is suddenly in a customer’s hands. We want more of that.

We’re hiring full-time and part-time engineers, and we’re open to exceptional interns. Work remotely or join us in person in New York City. What matters is your ability, curiosity, and how quickly you turn ideas into working software.

You learn unusually fast. An unfamiliar problem pulls you in. You ask sharp questions, experiment, break things, and build an understanding you can actually use. When you see something that could be better, you feel compelled to do something about it.

You don’t need to arrive knowing our stack or the world of paid growth. Bring strong fundamentals, good instincts, and the drive to turn something you barely understood on Monday into something useful by Friday. We care about how quickly you can grow into a hard problem.

We use AI agents constantly. We want engineers who keep discovering better ways to build with them, while understanding the code and caring about what reaches the customer.

Your work might be a startup, an open source contribution, a bot, or a strange side project you took much further than anyone expected. We want to see the curiosity, resourcefulness, and care inside it.

You’ll have real responsibility here. Your ideas will shape the product, your decisions will matter, and you’ll work alongside people who want to get better as badly as you do.
