Know what you share.
Know who does what.

Understand what you connect, how selected assets move into the work and which controls remain with your team.

Three distinct stages.

  1. Catalogue

    Discover selected material

Read the material’s metadata. Cataloguing does not copy the original media.

The original stays at the source.

  2. Import

    Bring in a selected asset

Copy the selected asset into Marketer. Importing it does not, by itself, publish an ad.

An imported copy is handled separately.

  3. Use in a workflow

Put the asset into the work

When a selected asset is imported for a Brief order, Marketer can begin visual analysis and ad-copy generation. Selected visuals and context may be sent to processing providers.

    Processing depends on the workflow.

Read the asset-import policy

Choose what you share.

When connecting Google Drive, restricted read-only authorisation gives Marketer access to the material you select. Your source files stay in Drive.

  • Selected material

Choose the files or folders that belong in the workflow.

  • Read-only source access

The connection is for reading and importing selected assets, not editing your Drive originals.

Your next step stays a choice.

Disconnect future access

Disconnecting stops future managed access. Assets already imported into Marketer are handled separately.

Request deletion

Contact support@marketer.com about deleting imported data. The published policy explains the process.

Before we talk.

Where can we read the published data policy?

The Privacy page links to Marketer’s current policy and includes the published asset-import supplement.

Who can help with a data request?

The published privacy policy lists support@marketer.com for requests about information held by Marketer.

Can we discuss our procurement requirements before committing?

Yes. Bring your security, access and contractual requirements into the sales conversation so they can be considered with the scope.

Bring your security questions.

Share the systems, access requirements and review process your team needs. We’ll work through the fit together.
